Using Traveloir

You must be legally able to agree to these terms and provide accurate account information. Keep account credentials secure and use the service lawfully. Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use Traveloir to harm another person.

Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of travel records and notes you add. You grant Traveloir only the limited rights needed to host, synchronize, transform, display, back up, and export that content for you. Traveloir does not claim ownership of your archive.

Reference information

Place, airport, airline, aircraft, boundary, distance, and timezone information may contain errors or change over time. It is provided for personal record keeping and must not be relied on for navigation, legal, safety, visa, border, booking, or operational decisions.

Availability and changes

Traveloir aims to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features may change to improve security, comply with law, or develop the product. Core archive access will not be deliberately restricted by artificial record limits.

Accounts and deletion

You may stop using Traveloir or permanently delete your account at any time. Traveloir may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, protect users, or comply with law. Where practical, notice and a chance to export data will be provided.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Traveloir is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Traveloir is not responsible for decisions made from inaccurate reference information or for losses caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
