Delete in the app
- Open Traveloir and sign in.
- Open Settings.
- Select Delete account and archive.
- Read the explanation, type DELETE, and confirm.
The same flow is available in the authenticated web application.
What is deleted
Your authentication account, profile, trips, visits, flights, custom places, synchronization state, and other user-owned archive records are deleted. The local database and secure session data are removed from the device after confirmation.
If you cannot sign in
First try password recovery. If the account remains inaccessible, email privacy@traveloir.com from the account address. We will verify ownership before processing the request and will never ask for your password.
Backups and limited retention
Deleted account data disappears from the live service immediately. Encrypted operational backups expire on a rolling schedule. Minimal security or legal records may be retained only when necessary and are not used to recreate the archive.
